Return & Refund Policy

As a manufacturer of made-to-order and custom industrial machinery, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail products.

Custom Machinery

Machines manufactured to custom specifications are non-returnable once production has commenced, given their bespoke nature.

Manufacturing Defects

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect identified upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days for inspection and resolution, including repair or replacement of parts.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to production commencement; any advance payment will be refunded after deducting applicable processing costs.

Spare Parts & Accessories

Unused, unopened spare parts and accessories may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
